Biographic Sketch of Valentin Fetisoff Valentin Fetisoff was born in Kharkov. During WWII, he was forced to leave Russia. His education began while still in Germany attending both German and Russian gymnasiums. He completed his education in Washington, DC at American University. Since 1995, he is the owner of a novelty patent and his name is mentioned in "Who is Who of American Inventors". Since September 2012, he became a proud owner of still another patent: Portable Self-Contained Pneumatic Lift Chair. Valentin Fetisoff likes to sing both Russian and Ukrainian songs. He is credited with organizing the first Russian Club of Washington and his first chorus. In 1991, he formed still another cultural organization in the greater Washington area by establishing the Slavic Music Society of Washington. Valentin Fetisoff is the honorary president of the society. |
